Does Over Exercise Possess Harmful Effects In Our Body?

Every time you exercise, your central nervous system or your brain releases endorphins. Endorphins are neurotransmitters that boost the feeling of euphoria or the emotional state of the feeling of well-being. This is very addictive because it makes the feeling of being "high"
This is the reason why some athletes feel irritated when they are not exercising. They are so addicted to exercise even though their body badly needs to repair itself because of muscle tears and damages. They will exercise without giving their body time to heal.
Addicts will continue to push their body exceeding their limitations to their breaking point. Usually, if they failed to satisfy their hunger for exercise, they will feel the feeling of anxiety and confusion due to the lack of endorphins that are released by the brain when they exercise.
Injuries and muscle pains because of excessive exercise can be experienced by persons who are addicted to exercise. It is true that exercise strengthens your heart and body but if you exceed beyond the limitations of your body, it could only mean one thing.
Your body will suffer the consequences of your addiction to exercise. You should remember that you body is not a machine. It has limitations that must not be ignored.
Obsession in exercise usually happens to newbies in exercise. They are still not aware of the dangers of excessive exercising. Before trying to exercise, first-timers are encouraged to read some safety precautions in exercising to prevent injuries.
If your vision turns into gray due to prolonged exercise, it might be an indication that you are over exercising. Always remember that over exercising not only put your muscles at risk but also your bones.
Those persons who exercise even if their tired bodies are exhausted suffer injuries because they are pushing their bodies to the limits. Permanent bone and muscle damages and injuries might be acquired by not giving your body time to rest.
A simple exercise like walking could be the cause of injuries too if you are not careful. Brisk walk can harm your legs and you might develop osteoarthritis. Hard stomping also causes some tension to your knees and ankles and it may lead to bone breakage. You must be careful in every exercise you are doing so that you will not get hurt.
Exercising too much causes serious harm to your body. Jogging is an example. In jogging, you are working against the forces of gravity. Your knees and ankles absorb most of your weight. If this continues for long time, your ankle and joints will be injured if not fractured.
In planning exercise, you should start by doing some light exercise. As you progress, you should add more weights or intensity in your exercise so that your body will improve continuously. Most people are not following this method. They want to achieve the body they dream of so they think they should start in doing high intensity exercise which is wrong.
